In comparison with ordinary blue gel, blue silica gel DL possesses the feature of quantitative discoloring,i.e., when adsorbing a certain amount of moisture, it begins coloring and does not stop coloring until a fixed amount of moisture is adsorbed.
It is widely used as humidity indicator and drier in judging if the adsorbtion & drying process is up to the standard requirements.
